The BC Blog: We Know What Programs You Have on Your Computer

  • BC Blog Team · 2 years ago

Apparently some are confused about this.

The article states it doesn't work in FireFox or Safari. Only IE,

So if you run one of those browsers it will instead show you all the programs it is checking for.

Also, it finds programs that reside on your computer, not ones you have necessarily installed. So maybe it will find some programs you didn't know you had. ;)

You're right, it does only work in IE. Another reason to not use it. Oh, and I noticed you are using Blogrush as well. How the heck did it get so popular so fast anyway?
  • BC Blog Team · 2 years ago
Ya it does, seems that most people miss that part. :)

Yup, we are trying Blogrush just to test it out a bit. Seems very popular.

It's pretty crazy how many people are using it though, because it only became popular about 1.5 weeks ago. Just look at their alexa chart.

    WOW! Pretty impressive!
Gotta love it. A very easy thing to create and do, all they needed was the idea.
Someday we may get an idea like that!
  • mc2w · 2 years ago
Indeed. They don't even have it fully developed yet.
Okay, 2 more statements before I get back on topic with this:
    1. You guys should have a forum
    2. I finally have a traffic generating post. So far I've gotten about 700 visitors from stumbleupon, and I just submitted to digg. If you're wondering which one, it's the one that's about the notyoutube place.

We could easily create a forum. Piece of cake, but but not really sure what we should create as forum topics. Any Suggestions?

    Love the NotYouTube piece BTW!
FYI, sent you an email regarding sharing blog posts. Did you get it?

Sorry, I didn't. I'll go see if my e-mail is wrong in my account.
