Although they have yet to admit it, they must of had a major crash last week. A database I was using was completely wiped out. Fortunately I had my own backup and only lost a few days, but Globat was no help at all. It took them DAYS just to respond to my service ticket, then almost a week to supply me with "backups" that were totally worthless. And yes, they provided absolutely NO explaination. They are a perfect example of what not to do if you have a service problem, e.g. hide the problem, slow response, never admit anything. I'll look for another hosting agent.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Paul</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 14 Sep 2008 21:05:57 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
