Ummm - anyone who knows anything about steroid use will immediately recognize how stupid this is. Nobody injects steroids into their arm - it is an intramuscular injection, usually into the gluteus maximus.

I was just about to post exactly what dtman posted, but he beat me to it. Gotta love the misinformation spread by the media in their never-ending search for the most sensational of stories... however false.
